User Data Deletion

To ensure security, account deletion must be performed directly within the Flevario mobile application.

Warning: This action is permanent

Deleting your account will immediately remove your subscription history, active discounts, and loyalty points.

*Note: In compliance with Romanian fiscal law, invoices and transaction records will be retained for 10 years, even after account deletion. All other personal data is anonymized immediately.

How to delete your account

    Open the App

    Launch the Flevario app on your device and log in.

    Go to Settings

    Tap on your Profile icon in the top corner and select "Settings".

    Danger Zone

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the red "Danger Zone" section.

    Confirm Deletion

    Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your choice in the pop-up window.

Can't access the app?

If you have lost access to your device or cannot login, please contact our support team for manual verification and deletion.
